
Refund and Returns Policy for NearTopic

At NearTopic, we want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a clear and easy-to-understand Refund and Returns Policy. Please read the following carefully to understand the process for returning items or receiving a refund.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for most items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Personalized or custom-made products (unless defective or damaged).
- Perishable goods such as food, beverages, or products that can deteriorate quickly.
- Gift cards or digital products.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Service: Email us at support@neartopic.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed return instructions.
Ship the Item: After receiving the RA number, return the item to us following the provided instructions. Ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Return Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. Returns that do not meet our requirements may be rejected or returned to you.
3. Refund Process
After we process your return and confirm that the product is eligible for a refund, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note the following:
- Refund Timeframe: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective product, incorrect item).
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, you may do so within 30 days of receiving the product. Please contact our customer service team to request an exchange. Note that exchanges may require you to return the original item and pay shipping costs for the new one.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the product and will either offer a replacement or issue a full refund.
To expedite the process, please include photos of the damaged or defective product in your return request.
6. Non-Refundable Fees

- Shipping and Handling Fees: Unless the return is due to an error on our part, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Custom or Personalized Items: As stated earlier, customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.
7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, you will need to follow the return procedure to receive a refund.
8. Return Shipping Costs
In most cases, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped), we will cover the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit if they are not properly tracked.
